That was a great show and surprisingly for it's time it dealt with race issues in a positive light. The one episode with the Chinese Man and his son with the laundry business was literally an episode on accepting peoples differences. There were also two episodes where Sammy Davis Jr. guest starred.
It was a great show that actually taught good, American ideals at the time. It would never fly in today's climate however. The rifle alone would trigger today's culture into seizures and they would probably start labeling lever action rifles as assault weapons.
