Caffeine and Kilos? Why not go local with the Hviii brand apparel?

Picked that up at Wodapalooza in Miami.
I usually wear my own brand while lifting, though.

All the belt does is support your abdominal wall when lifting heavier weights.
it does nothing to support your back.
And what do you think your abdominal wall helps support during the lift?

They are the same size. The lighting throws it off, but I do have a long head bicep tendon tear in my right arm.

Train without one to build the support in the trunk and lower back.
The main benefit of a belt is to help abdominal support, not the lower back like many believe.
Max or train in the upper 90% intensity with one if you'd like or if you're competing.

I am left handed I think I can take alum with my left. We will stay away from that jacked up right side doe.

Alum probably has a better body than 99% of the posters here
Don't get the mocking. Show your own body or stfu. Lots of dad bods, skinny fats and beer bellys here

You don't wear a belt when you squat to take a shite right?
A good belt can add 30 lbs to your squat so don't use unless you get to 85-90% of your 1rm

can't be answered without return questions...
Do you have a history of hernias or sciatica or back spasms?
yes? use a belt on every working set
You don't stop using your core just because there is a belt around your waist
Yeah, right, I guess this olympian has no clue that belt is hurtful to his squat

Men wear belts, because it makes them think they are a bad arse lifter.
Not true, it keeps my love handles in check and gives me a more refined masculine V shape. Kind of like Spanks for the gym.

OT knows the gym like it knows the ladies.
heavy squats you should use a belt. But don't even try to go heavy until your form is on point.
if you need to use straps, belts, gloves etc use them.

Arms before back do not affect my back workout. However, back before arms would affect my arm workout since I constantly battle an elbow issue (arthritis) due to an old break in the elbow.
