Notice there isn't even a leg in that photo posted in a squatting thread
Your point?
My missing legs can still squat more than you.
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Back
Friday: Legs

Not needed. Most don't even know how to properly use the belt

A belt will increase your chance of hernia

IMO if you need a belt you are squatting too much weight and more likely to hurt yourself.
This. I don't have a problem with a belt or knee wraps. But i definitely wish I would've used less weight and used better form when I was a gym rat. Prolly wouldn't have hurt my lower back as often or as much.

You only hit each body part once a week?

Didnt say it definitely would, just simple logic tells you it will increase your risk. When you squeeze a water bottle in the middle, where does it expand?

I always went with the rule that if you're going light weight with high reps then I don't use the belt. If I'm going heavy weight low reps I use a belt.

MaxOT: One body part every 7-10 days.
Working sets are always 85% of my current max.

The only correct answer so far is "no".
Men wear belts, because it makes them think they are a bad arse lifter.
Use a light weight until your form is solid and go from there. Do not neglect warm-up sets.
