Should we allow Incentivizing Adoption

It's my perception that adopting a white newborn healthy baby is quite tough in the USA. Why can't we allow adoptive parents to offer cash incentives to the birthing family ? Seems like a win-win to me.

should the other way around. birthing mother should pay the family thats going to adopt the child that she doesnt want, that will love it and give it a good life.

They don't have to be rich. Supply would equal demand. More young couples may see this as a way to help make ends meet.

Think of how many husbands and wives cannot even sniff a new white baby due to the adoption process.

Sell is a negative word here. I would argue that more couples would have the ability to offer adoptive parents the chance to raise their own child.

1. A couple has an easy time adopting a baby and can now begin their family

This is already happening. Many adopting parents pay rent, groceries, utilities to their birth mothers. Plus the federal govt gives a $13K tax credit to the adopting parents once it is finalized.
ETA: And yes, it is like selling kids. Some deplorables do this multiple times to supplement their income.

So, it looks like there is already some incentives present and legal in the market. The "leap" wouldn't be that big of a stretch.

Thats no different than what we are doing now-encouraging poor people to have babies they cant take care of.
If anything, incentivize the adopting couple for giving a helpless baby a family. Or at least cut out all the red tape and make it easier and faster to adopt.

It's tough bc there aren't a lot of them to adopt.
The whole adoption process needs to be simplified & incentived. FL's adoption process is fairly simple & cheap. Their motivation is to get kids out of the foster care program and into homes; not all states can say that with a straight face.

Monetary incentives? No. But providing free healthcare and wellness during the pregnancy for a mother that agrees to give up her baby? I'd be all for it.
And for all you white knighting about "how dare you suggest selling a kid", you ever seen what a private adoption costs? You might not be buying a kid from the mother, but you're sure as shite buying it from the adoption service/ attorneys. Isn't this basically what you're doing with surrogacy? You're paying a lady to carry your child.
As long as there are limits, i.e. Once you agree you can't go back on the deal, is it so wrong to give kids to people that can't have them?

While I don't think you can offer cash, it is very common to pay for 100% of the mother's living and medical expenses while she is pregnant. My wife and I lost around $25K to a girl that chose us to adopt her child. We paid all of that for 7+ months only for her to change her mind about giving the baby up once she had him.
