If you don't file a tax return with the state or if you take up residency in another state? If you don't file a return with La that can only mean 2 things: you don't live there or you are evading taxes.

Have you ever filed a tax return or lived in modern society? I mean seriously this is one of the dumbest things I've ever read and I'm not trying to be a dick

They somehow think that simply keeping the graduates in Louisiana will attract other industry and jobs will magically appear.
