That's far worse than prostitution.
If someone wants to pay for certified, STD-free poon, go for it.

Yes. I can’t see how abortion is legal but drugs and prostitution are not.

Mind boggling. The one that takes the life another human being is legal and the other two that do no harm to anyone besides perhaps those willingly participating or partaking is deemed a big no no.

You have to wonder what human beings in this country do with their heads.

A regulated sex workers market will help cut down on the spread of STDs

Yeah I have a hard time believing this..

I can see it curbing sex trafficking more so than STDs

I've always wondered why the "My body, my choice" crowd never protested about legalizing prostitution.

So a friend once told me how they do it in Costa Rica and it makes a lot sense

You stay at a particular hotel/resort
You go into a ballroom with a lot of smoking hot Huuuuors that are all numbered
You chose what number or numbers you want
They leave their ID at the front desk
You return to your room and HIT the living shite of it as long as you want
When your finished you send the Huuuors down to the front desk and the front desk will call you to make sure you were satisfied. If you were satisfied the Huuuors get their ID back and return to the ballroom.

My fiend said it was as good as it gets !

I think it was George Carlin that said

I’ll never understand why it’s illegal to sell something that’s perfectly legal to give away for free

I’m with George

Yes.

It will always go on so might as well make it legal so that it can be safer and it will generate more tax money.

Why not? If it goes on anyway, why not make it legal?

Horrible rationale that if applied would be chaotic af. Just because something goes on anyway does not mean it should be legal.

There isn’t a strong logical position I can find justifying why it is illegal to monetize something you can consensually give away for free and an exchange that is already legal just as long as it’s filmed and the interaction termed as “acting”.

So yes, I see no reason to waste government resources prosecuting these crimes unless there is a human trafficking component.

I live in a country where it is legal and yes it should be legalized in the US. Make regulations for bi weekly testing and in what locations brothels can be placed.

Ok, so while i lean libertarian on most things, and feel its not the govt's place to legislate morality, i have to admit im ok with it being illegal

Theres just too many unfortunate issues i feel can lead a woman down the path of selling her body for money. Now my opinion doesnt matter much because i personally find the practice repulsive and therefore am biased against it

But how many single moms, woman with psychological issues or dependency issues would resort to this when at the end of their rope financially or mentally. And i just dont think most women are wired emotionally for this

Yes, it should be legal. At the very least, a handjob should be a legal part of a massage.
