Should all men be chemically castrated?

1. Men commit nearly all crime
2. Men commit nearly all murders
3. ....road rage
4. ....physical altercations
5. ....domestic violence
6. ....etc, etc, etc.
We all just accept this shite. Now, I haven't been incarcerated, but nearly half of all men have gone to jail by the time they are 23.
Now what % of pitbulls bite people, but we have people wanting to ban them. % of guns used for criminal activity, yet we have people who also want to ban those as well...the commonality behind the real reason people want to ban both of those.... Men again.
So, do we just "hope" for men to behave better, or do we just acknowledge that they need to be "assisted" with their violent tendencies? We accept that many/most men are "born that way".
Chemical castrated sexual criminals (men again) reduce recidivism from 40% to less than 2%, when their testosterone was quelled.
Not political, because "rights" ends the conversation, but would it feasibly solve more problems that it creates?

It’s more of a problem that we’ve overly-criminalized our legal code than it is a problem inherent with 50% of the population.

I know no less than 7 cops, each is more a donut eating baw than a hot head criminal enthusiast. They only arrest people when they have to, and commonly use 'paper work' as an excuse. I don't believe most are "COPS" types, knowing the camera is rolling so they are by the book.
My belief, every one arrested wasn't arrested the "first time" they did something. IMHO, they are caught when they get lazy after multiple times of behaving that way and are arrested for really going over the line.
