Perhaps it's just an unfortunate coincidence. Like spontaneous combustion. It just happens.

Let me rephrase: it's not inappropriate for the Mayor of New Orleans to speak on this matter, since Scalise represents part of Orleans.

However it IS Inappropriate for Mitch Landrieu to speak on any occasion.

no, you're right. Bernie Sanders is subliminally sending marching orders to the snowflake, liberal arts major masses to mow down republicans.

Tribalism.

If he truly was a Bernie Bro, he honestly might have been going after the lobbyist.

Wolf on CNN was just discussing to report people that make threats online such as this guy did towards Trump and officials.
They read some of his threatening comments
As bad as they were, these are very common. Will there be more folks now turning in people with their dumb arse remarks?

I still don't agree that "they" are causing terror or have been out of control.
"they" are the people on the left keeping the unwashed masses revved up.

Even people in high places are doing this..

An elected democrat calling for murdering republicans. Blood in the street he calls for.

SnoFLAKES are inherently unstable. This is PROOF that they can be pushed over the edge.

Video showing the shooting has surfaced.

Shooting

Sounds like two different types of guns. Maybe a pistol and shotgun.

An AK is less accurate than an AR. But it is capable of groups much tighter than the average shooter has the skill set for.

And an AK uses a heavier round. Better at penetrating glass or wood. Also the larger bullet can create a larger wound, depending on what type or bullet is used...

A Congresswoman from New York was sent a threatening email right after the shooting.

Wow, I don't think that guy realized how close those rounds were to him. That ricochet buzz was definitely distinguishable during a couple of points in that video.

I'm not familiar with that. I just know Hillary's camp was the one organizing the Trump rally violence.

I had a um... colorful early 20's run with an Indie artist that led to me getting to meet some people that are very much the types who have flocked to Bernie en masse. The "threat" of Trump surpassed the threat of HRC to many of them. I don't think some quite grasp how dire the Trump presidency has been and still is being portrayed to these people who see stopping it and 1%ers as a patriotic act of sorts. The tears and fears portrayed seemingly nightly and broadcast on social media are not fake, though anyone of sound reason would see them as unfounded or the very least improbable. To those who fully bought into the ideology it is very much a real and constant threat to their life, their America, and their utopia. I don't think that all Bernie supporters fall into this group, but Bernie is definitely who these types of people are the most likely to cling to.

People were outside practicing baseball and some insane frick targeted them. Forget the political bullshite for a little while. Yes, it seems like the shooter was targeting Republicans, but let's be honest. This guy was down right crazy. It is obvious, because no one in their right mind goes out and tries to kill people because they support something different than their views.

And I think that some of you don't realize that just because members of congress are part of one party doesn't mean they do not associate with members from another party. It is actually possible to still be friends with a person although you don't agree on certain things. For those talking about how Scalise would be pissed if he knew Mitch was calling him his friend. Politicians have to be careful what the public sees them doing. If Scalise is seen hanging out with Mitch and they are being friendly, the people on both sides, who are hard core.. Will see that as each other not being who they are suppose to be.

Anyway, this is something that shouldn't happen to anyone and if anything, at least the only person who was killed was the crazy dumb shite who went out there to shoot up members of congress.
