He didn't. He was always said to be a CI, spent a lot of time at another informants house named T. I'm sure plenty of the ole college crew knew him. Ran with the Nussie and the crew a long time ago.
Did you read this or just a BR OG?

Valley Park is the ocean that surrounds this tiny island with Sullivan's and Hooter's. It will happen again.

Nowhere is 100% safe, not even a person's home.
That being said, there are much worse areas of Baton Rouge than College/Corporate being across the street from Bawell, which I've driven on more times than I can count, as it connects Acadian to College Drive.
Hell, the Baggage Claim bathroom at Ryan Field/BR Metro Airport had a theft of a Martin guitar just in the last 24 hours.
Crime can happen anywhere the thugs choose to be. It doesn't mean that a particular area should be labeled abysmal or unsafe.

CI? What list?

well i know the buildings in that area have a problem with homeless people using their restrooms to bathe. Most have had to put coded locks on the restroom doors.

You've got it backwards. Valley Park is the island that is surrounded by good areas. It needs to be cleaned out.

having a list would seem to be counterproductive.

Lots of places have locked bathrooms.
Every office building I've ever worked in, gas stations, etc.
Transients are everywhere.

Yes, some of the are so small that they are able to shower in the sink.

It's usually called a 'messican' bath but here on the OT we call it an 'Owlie' bath

Well, would you exactly call it safe?
I mean, ok, it's not Central City in NOLA, but it's certainly not a safe area either. You realize Bawell and that neighborhood across the street isn't a desirable one.
you with this shite again?

This is correct. Valley Park is surrounded by one of the best neighborhoods in BR (Hundred Oaks) and there's alot of old money in the area. College and Corporate has held up overall until recently with Fairway View hitting the skids. With the Waffle House shooting and now this, I have a feeling (and hope) the cops will tighten things up a bit in the area.

Look here you pussy. I live and work all around the area and drive through Bawell every single day. It's no less safe than anywhere else in town. Granted Bawell is an island of shite, but as a whole, the area is fine.
where do you hang your cocoon, oh wise one?
