I've never once seen it at a gun show. The dealers that rent tables do background checks. I don't really see how it's the fault of a gun show that there might be some shady dealings in their parking lot
I'm not saying it's the fault of the gun show. I don't have a problem with gun shows.

We need to bring back public executions, and kill them quickly in instances like this when we know they did the awful act.
You can't deter this kind of shooting through those means. Most of these school shooters have resigned themselves to dying anyway.

Again, I have said nothing about loopholes and not sure why you are even telling me this

Bullying had existed since the inception of kids.
My personal opinion is that we coddle kids way too much and never allow them to experience failure or overcome obstacles on their own. That does serious psychological damage to developing brains.
Nah, bullying now is relentless with social media. It's an entirely different animal than what you would have experienced even 20 years ago.

You can meet up with someone selling a gun on Craigslist and buy it for cash in a Walmart parking lot and it's 100% legal.
I don’t think Craigslist allows gun listings.
But even if it did, I have no problem with private transactions. I do not support background checks.

We can study these killers and learn to profile them. We can learn what the early signs to look for are.
they've done this. there is no real profile.

The same thing they did with serial killers.
a lot of this is more mythology than reality. they do have profilers, but they're not very good outside of TV

I know nothing about this kid, but parents have to be active in their kids lives. It seems most that do this are loners, and not even engaged with their own families.

He was 19 so he might not have lived at home?

I’m not sure why you are even arguing with me, the guy on tv was just saying that guns can be illegally purchased at gun shows, which isn’t an incorrect statement.
There are only three situations that would cause a firearm purchase at a gun show to be illegal.
1. Someone attempts to sell a fully automatic or other regulated weapon without going through the proper registration process.
2. Based on a previous agreement the firearm is being purchased for someone other than your self (called a straw purchase). Buying a firearm form yourself and walking out into the parking lot an selling it to some random person is perfectly legal, it is no a private sale.
3. A dealer agrees to sell a firearm without doing a back ground check.
The 9mm in my truck was purchased for cash in a gun show parking lot
Which was perfectly legal unless the gun was stolen.

People are quick to blame guns.
Is anyone asking about the never ending stream of violence that saturates our entertainment industry? People’s minds are flooded with it.

Have you ever seen the Steve Crowder video exposing the gun show myth?
It’s hilarious.

I don't disagree, but the constitution does.
