It’s so bizarre how that area is peppered with ghetto.

My favorite is the gas station across the street. It’s only frequented by two types of people:

Hood rats that are too dumb/don’t care enough to know they’re getting raped on the prices

Rich people who don’t care that they’re getting raped on the prices

Don't want to get banned. However, you'd figure with their location the offending parties could get priced out or the property could be sold, razed, and rebuilt as luxury townhomes.
