Shoes off in the house ?

Who here is a shoes off as soon as you enter the house person/family?
I never was, and distinctly remember thinking “oh y’all are those kinda people” growing up.
Now in my middle age I see more and more houses like this. Doesn’t matter. Shoes off. Socks potty is preferred but not always pushed.
I was just curious how many here abide to the shoes off method in their own homes.

Shoes off. I can't have you traipsing through my house with your dirty, dog shite shoes on.

Carpet = Shoes Off
Hardwood = Shoes On
Hardwood = Shoes On

We are. Shoes around the house is disgusting if you think about it. How many public restrooms do you walk into, public parking lots, public areas of all kinds? Nobody wants that bacteria and dirt all over their own house. It gets on your floor then later you walk barefoot onto it, then crawl into bed and do your fricking there. Would you frick on the floor just beneath the urinal inside Tiger Stadium?

Depends on my situation and the shoes. I am not opposed to the principle of wearing shoes in the house. However, I often wear work boots or rubber boots outside and take them off to keep from tracking shite all over the house.

We don’t care one way or the other.

Shoes off. The bottom of your shoe is the nastiest thing you can possibly bring into your house.

I bet this thread changes some opinions we have of some posters
.
In my opinion, there are few things that more accurately indicate how clean or dirty someone’s house is than a household policy of shoes on or off.
If a person isn’t cognizant of how filthy allowing shoes inside their home is, I’m not sure I can trust that the food they cooked for me was cooked in a clean and sanitary environment.

Depends on how hot she is.

If she’s hot enough for me to want to frick her beneath the urinals inside Tiger Stadium, she doesn’t want anything to do with me.

Shoes off. Not trackin all of creation into my home.
You will see a noticeable difference when you mop the house and look at the bottom of the pad for either way.

I think Chicken should create an emoji to place next to poster names to indicate if they’re a shoes off in the house kind of poster. Maybe a tiny picture of a trailer would suffice.

Your feet are just as dirty as the bottom of your shoes.

I am 61 years old. I enter my house way too many times a day to be fighting with shoes. I never get sick so guess all those nasty germs don't affect me. Just pass a broom and a mop people.
Worried about what your shoes walk on during the day. Need to be worried about what your hands touch everyday if you are concerned. Bet most of you have dogs inside that lick their arse after shittin outside.
