Dude is a dick, but what kind of bullshite is 'assault on a female' charge?

Does the assault on a female bring about a harsher penalty than assaulting a male? This shite is so fricking stupid. I thought women wanted equality, or is it that they wanted to be treated as superiors to the males?

IMO, assault is assault. Now if you want to set a law for assaulting people under and over a certain age (children, elderly) then that is fine, but we shouldn't be giving harsher or less penalties for certain groups. Plus how do we even know that the 11 year really identifies as a girl? You just can't assume its gender, thats racists.

Seriously though. If this little bitch learns a lesson (doubt it) and begins to behave like she belongs in a civilized society, then shouldn't we consider this a good thing? When we have 11-year-old girls out there testing the limitations of their civil rights you know we fricked up somewhere.
