This case is almost identical to the case of a “noose” spotted on LSU’s campus years ago. After making the rounds on social media and much lamenting about campus’s white supremacist greek culture and what not, the “noose” turned out to be a guide wire from a telephone poll. But hey, it “started a conversation.”

I mean it did look like a noose, but what cheese dick decided to not check any of the other garages that are literally 20 feet away to see if it is an isolated incident or just a door pull.
The next part of the investigation should be who was the genius that reported it all the way up through NASCAR when they decided to go to the media, but we all know that won’t happen.
