When the story broke I shook my head and said nope.
The data on this type of thing over the long term points to hoax or a wild imagination.
Think of the Perkins girl in BR .Voodoo doll/ message on doorknob= hoax. Noose in trees=loop in cable used to hang lighting= wild imagination.
Then her cousin saw a noose in a bush or something. Wild imagination at work again.
My message to Joosie Wallace is that you remind me of a child. You must have fell on your head if you think I am simple minded.

So is any rope with a loop tied in it a noose now? I can see why tying a loop in a rope would make it easier to pull down a garage door. Why is this so hard to understand for the folks who want to make this something it’s not?
