the foodcourt plumbing is directly linked to the airport plumbing. hence the similar taste of the food to the smell in the bathrooms

He's jealous of Mike Yenni's North Face jacket. Nola folks can expect a tax increase to pay for name brand disaster clothing.

Two major hospitals shut down because of low water pressure as well.

What a joke

Which ones? And what is your definition of "shut down"?

Edit: Okay, I see Ochsner and Tulane are having problems and have cancelled elective surgeries, diagnostic imaging and outpatient lab work today. ERs are open. Emergency surgeries will take place. No patient transfers.
Not exactly "shut down".

But come on. Have you seen similar flush reports from a single airport who experienced the exact same cold temps?

How dare you suggest that NOLA infrastructure isn't second to none.

To be fair, I'm sure the airports in Syria and North Korea face these same daunting infrastructure issues

And it’s not like New Orleans doesn’t give people ample opportunities to shite on it.

But most New Orleans residents don’t give a crap.

They’d rather talk about how Baton Rouge is number two.

Just curious but isn’t the airport in Jefferson Parish? Wouldn’t the airport be tied into Jefferson Parish water system? Not NOLA Swb?
