man the moment that she entered the Dump, the cops chasing her up the hill just failed repeatedly to stop her. block the road - she either goes around 1 side and get stuck, or the other and rolls down the hill.

There are so many protocols on police when engaging in a high-speed chase or anything really
and now with body cameras on them now you got to do things by the book and color outside the lines only when things have gotten unreasonable
And that's not to say they don't frick up at times I mean the eye shooting here in Houston that's a bad shooting that's a dirty one
that's why they're taking so long to investigate it but that guy's going to prison
