i do both
I do all three, even though it wasn't part OPs question, shower, sink and electric razor everywhere else and most of the time

Started shaving in the shower in 2015 after having hot water problems at sink. Got a nice fogless mirror at Brookstone. It includes a light, squeegie, and razor holder. Only aggravation is that you have to fill a water container and place on top for each use. Water flows through it to keep mirror from fogging up.
Whiskers are definitely softer and shave is closer in shower. But even with light, from time to time, it is easier to skip a small section.
Overall, I like the shower mirrow better. Quicker to use and no clean up.

I tried shaving in the shower and loved it. My issue is I can't ever get a mirror to stay fogless for long.

I would if I ever shaved fully, but I've been keeping a nice trimmed beard since mid 2013

Shower and it ain't close. I can't believe I only started doing it 5 or 6 years ago. There are only negatives associated with doing it at the sink.

Question about your Brookstone mirror: can you affix it to a glass wall or only to tile-type wall material? My shower is glass on 2 sides and the side you need to mount the mirror on is glass. TIA

What kind of psycho smiles at himself while shaving?

Thats the exact one I have. Wife gave it to me for Christmas two years ago. Still going strong.

The one that he posted I have also, and the answer is yes. It actually fixes with clear silicone to adhere to the surface so it will stick to pretty much anything. Some better than others, but itll stick.

All women that shave in front of a mirror do that

Sink within 30 seconds of getting out of the shower...still a smooth shave and I don't miss anything.

I shave in the shower. No mirror needed (got a pretty good idea of what my face looks like). Any missed spots get touched up when I get out

Do they make anything that adheres to tile. Id rather keep my glass door free of shite
