Instead of being a disciplined citizen (one that follows rules, and has the wherewithal to understand) she seemed to have ignored the rules of the road regarding cell phones on Airplanes. Especially when she knew she was in a spot where the flight attendant would perform a safety check.

I mean the video is online. She was just making a video. Everyone one the plane is using their phone in some type of manner during safety check lol
