why would you want this? cops aren't ubiquitous. you have to call way ahead if you think you may need them.

Virtue signalling. There's probably not a jurisdiction in America that doesn't already have statutes or ordinances against misuse of the 911 system.

Most certainly. But is there a law out there where you can sue the 911 caller if they call the law on you and you weren't doing anything wrong?

Had $10k worth of stuff stolen in SF from an organized group of transients. You don’t even get an officer to come out it happens so often. You just fill out the report online and turn that into Insurance. You only get police if ID was stolen. Crime there is ridiculous.

If the 911 call is genuine in nature and not an obvious attempt to harass, then you wouldn't lose in civil court.
