Called my dad asked where he is now. He says “coming through Forkland heading toward Eutaw”
What's your dad doing there? Between Forkland and Eutaw he's driving right by my mom's land
ETA: if he needs a place to stop in Eutaw, my grandmother is right off Hwy 11 coming in town from the Boligee side

That's where that nasty Brookhaven cell is

Brookhaven one has to be huge. Those cells all by themselves have nothing to hinder them

Only good thing about the storms on the Al/Ms border is they’re messy and jumbled up. That takes away energy.
I worry more about the discreet ones in central Ms popping up

Work. He is a catfish farmer in that area without giving away too much info on here

I was distracted by the AL storms I guess.
To be fairly surrounded by radars, Eutaw seems to be in a no-man's land between all of them.

You can plant catfish?

I'm hoping, selfishly, that mess in Central AL blocks some of the Southerly flow and the storms stay a messy jumble into North AL.

My camp is on Old Malcolm rd. Is it bad in that area?

Just mudcats.

Why is Brookhaven to Hattiesburg such a magnet to tornados? Seems that general area gets one or two significant tornados every year or two.

Over the next few hours cnditions look to become more favorable for tornadoes across S. LA. I would expect a new watch in not too long.
