How do you get the storm points and projected tracks to show up on RadarScope?

The most impressive track I've seen is on I59 above Heidelberg from that Easter tornado last year that was like 2.25 miles wide.

Weird how there is this sliver of MS and NE Louisiana that isn’t in a tornado watch while everything around there is.
