With the wind coming with this anyway, Id get center of the house once its close. Plus, it will spin up tornadoes quickly.

I'd take shelter until this passes. The wind alone can be an issue, and you never know with these rotations. You're okay at the moment as far as a tornado goes.

That tornado / rotation will be very close to the highest elevation in Louisiana at Driskill 'Mountain' NE of Bienville.
