So long Seth. We will never hear your voice on WWL Radio ever again.

When do they start auditions?

I honestly thought he might be the voice of the Saints

Why not? I mean Mark Romig is gay and no one cares about that

"Seth reached out to me ... to help him navigate this intense attention coming from local and national media solely due to his position as a gay man flouring in this heterosexually-dominated sports world," Kiefer said. "He's very affected by this, and that's where our focus is right now: to send a message to everyone that this is not okay, this is intolerable, and if there's any LGBTQ people struggling, that they're not alone." Kiefer said Dunlap intended "to stand up for what is right. ... Categorically, this hate speech is unacceptable at the workplace or anywhere."

Unreal.

I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous.

Hopefully he can recover from this crushing, life-altering event.

I'll start a GoFundMe for his lifetime of therapy.

What’s the idea behind being combative about this?

Disappointed, really. I thought WWL made real progress in hiring someone of his background.

I liked him as an announcer, don't really care about his orientation.

A lot of repressed feelings turned to anger and combativeness ITT

Wut? You seem to care. A lot. Enough to mock him for it. As if you have the same life experiences as he had, to where you think you can dictate the way you think he is supposedly to feel. What a douche

nah

I am predisposed to sympathize with Dunlap. Everyone is entitled to their own version of happiness and when others make that difficult or impossible I get really angry. Part of that is probably a bit of sociopathy but still, he has every right to his reality. What I can’t support is not fighting back and taking or taking back what is yours

What Seth is doing here is crying for a safe space. It doesn’t work like that and he knows it. Here was an opportunity and a platform to stand up, be counted, hold others accountable and show a vulnerable part of society that to be the better man is a virtue in and of itself. He could have taken this and made some good out it, every night at 8PM on the big 870

Instead he’s taking his ball, going home, and suing.

frick that

Before I finished that letter I knew he was angling with an attorney. I've known many gay men in my life and have never heard them speak as doom and gloom as this guy.

He smells a payday.

That first paragraph is so dumb. What is this the "Green book"? , is it the 1960's?

The Q originally meant "questioning" but too many confused it with "queer" and now it goes both ways.

Southern Decadence was just a few weeks ago and he's in some "incomprehensibly challenging" struggle in New Orleans.

It's those attorneys and their incomprehensible fondness for unethical exaggeration.

He is holding them accountable. What are you talking about?
