This will probably be the most retarded thing I'll read today.

Go Google how many hurricanes have hit the Pacific coast.

Why should the whole nation pay into this when only a minority gets any benefit? Why can't the states change up with they own tech? Anyway seems like weather dot com and the likes do a good job, so why waste more tax money?

But honestly we should be cutting spending like for aid for these corrupt arse countries first and foremost. frick an is rye ale and an eye ran. And how many billions we don't have to corrupt arse you crane with the Biden hooligans?

No big deal, they’ll just move the cone more so the forecast is right.

I mean couldn’t we argue that far more than a minority get a benefit from a more accurate hurricane forecast?

How much money do some of y’all think the states have without raising taxes? Especially when everything is getting pushed backed down to the states right now.

Where do you think they get their weather data from?

For OP, this just seems like a poor decision at face value. I’d be interested in seeing what our resident board weather folks think of this though.

Hawaii is as blue as it gets as is NJ and NY who were tagged by Sandy.

If the blue states are so wonderful why are its productive citizens fleeing to red states?

If it's so critical, the NOAA should do it with their own equipment, which we also pay for.

This is a lot of stupid.

The reasoning for this is that now Musk can provide this data to weather.com.

Why is the DOD providing this in the first place when NOAA exists?

Plenty of us in red states that DIDN'T vote for this shite.

Discouraging to see all the "i got mine" and "frick my fellow americans" being bandied about here.

There are no red states or blue states, only the United States.

Didn’t your hero say that?

Also, dems have wild disdain for poor blacks in majority Republican states.

I see you regularly melting like a bitch over the Bad Orange Man so I don’t know if this is just some stupid shite you stole from Reddit or if it is a legit complaint.

Will you not be able to know if a Hurricane is coming towards your zip code anymore?

Does this mean there will be no more Hurricane Threads on the OT because Blumfph stole their data models?

Are we all going to die?
