I would consider you quite normal for your fanbase.

Also, have a delicious nacho and “run tha bawl” too.

Should probably go to a doctor and not ask the Medical Experts of the OT.

You’re turning gay.

You’ll have to run thru a car wash naked while wearing a Scream mask to wash it away.

You’ll also need to film that and share it here for verification.

Wouldn't that defeat one of the primary purposes of the O-T?

Get your affairs in order. Opt for cremation so it does not linger at a service.

Yes. And there’s a good chance you can correct that by eating right and doing regular exercise for the rest of your life.

If you haven’t had any issues with your BM’s you’re probably fine. Most likely just need to tweak your diet.

Increases in fiber always give me gas…maybe check that?

Eat more fruits and vegetables.

This is completely and utterly false. Fruits and vegetables are the main sources of fiber, which our digestive system cannot break down, so it depends on the bacteria in the large intestine and colon to break it down as much as possible, in the process of breaking down fiber comes fermentation and the gasses emitted by the bacteria.

People are so fricking stupid and just parrot what ever they are told.

Good fiber in the morning after breakfast (see link) and good probiotics at night before bed. Do this for 2 weeks and you'll be right as rain. And if you're not right as rain, you need to seriously look at your diet because these two things together for a couple of weeks should transform your gut health in a positive way.

Also look into getting more sleep. My gut health is always connected to my exhaustion levels for some reason.

Fiber LINK

To an earlier point, stop the fiber after two weeks and see how you do. My process above is just a gut reset, then you need to see how it operates post-fiber. The fiber sweeps out the intestinal walls. My first few shits after a fiber routine are absolutely foul smelling

ETA:

Warning, the organic fiber I linked tastes like rope. I just suck it up every few months when I'm on a fiber routine.
