I would say I cannot believe people getting offended by cotton surprises me, but then I remember how Hobby Lobby had a brouhaha over selling it as decor a few years back.

Does she think that when she puts on a cotton piece of clothing? Does she think that when she drops sugar into her coffee? (more slaves died farming sugarcane in the Americas than cotton by a long shot). Does she think that when she walks into a brick building or eats corn etc etc
