There are makeup wearing males at the Sephora and ulta in small town Monroe. I don’t think they’re hurting for business
And it seems to me that more of the sjw types would be the ones to let something like this (opposing views) cause them to boycott the best place to buy cosmetics

Conservatives are pretty big into boycotts too of late.
The impact of them is a different matter. I suspect the type most prone to boycott aren't big Sephora people, but I'm sure there will be some.
And I think there is a fair difference between a noisy boycott and simply electing to go somewhere that doesn't engage in politically-charged stunts. I don't boycott Target, but in a pinch it may be a tiebreaker for me, etc. Over time and en masse, those things are likely felt.

I get it. But there aren’t many other options unless you go to eBay and Amazon where there are a lot of fakes
I just don’t think Sephora or ulta will hurt themselves at all by being more inclusive, which is what the kind of people who come up with this stuff are all about

I don't see an issue with this. It's free and probably good marketing for the company.

So.... Don't talk about transgender people with her?
99.9% chance she wouldn't notice or care that a man is in Sephora.
Btw why are you taking your 4 year old to buy makeup?

Wait...people still go to Lakeside Mall?
Lakeside is packed every weekend and the parking lot is fairly full most weeknights.

I mean are taxpayers paying for it? If not I don’t give a frick, save for the under 18 crowd since they are victims of child abuse by their parents.

So?
Just meeting a demand.
Just meeting a demand.

think for a lot of people it's more baffling than anything else. There is a tiny percentage of people this caters to. Those people probably have significant emotional or mental issues that need to be addressed, and our society is instead treating them like a courageous, protected class and only furthering their delusions. It's bizarre, and just keeps getting more bizarre.
Or maybe it’s just a company trying to make money off a group that likely buys a fair amount of makeup.... and figuring people can be adult enough not to boycott over a private class they won’t be attending.

I used to go as kid before it was a mall. Western Auto by the fountain and TG&Y across from K&B just past the fountain as you walked toward Vets Hwy.
Times have changed for sure.

Probably a good business decision. Trannies use a frick-ton of make up.

Another "look at my enlightenment post" that hilariously is irrelevant to the post it tries to respond to.

How was that post irrelevant? You're arguing some moral decay shite when really it's just capitalism.

Oh FFS
My entire argument is centered on social dishonesty about these topics. Don't conflate that with "what will I tell my kids." My criticism has been almost entirely on whether the capitalistic motivation claimed by some is reality or is just an excuse for moral preening.

I really don’t think it’s “social dishonesty”
I think they’re trying to be more inclusive to the trans community. You have to realize who the owners and ceos of makeup stores are
Gay men, makeup artists who work with and are friends with gay men and want everyone in the lgbt community to feel accepted and included
You’re not their target audience and from reading your posts, you may be a little closed minded, and I’m pretty sure they don’t care if they piss you off while empowering people that they view as marginalized and normal
