Her demeanor seemed extremely calm and casually.. she had no issue pulling over for him and even engaging in a conversation with him.. everything seemed to be going fine then she barely put a foot forward and the cop went ballistic.. again, doesn't even mean she was going any where. She wasn't try to speed off there.
At that point, after him going apeshit.. it's understandable if she then resisted his wild behavior tossing her around by her hair.

I'm not a cop hater, but they're trying to make me one.
Since that theft there have been two home invasions and one rape within a 1-mile radius from my home. There have been a few other thefts and other residents have submitted security camera footage, yet nothing has happened and we can't even get an update.
I don't expect them to find the laptop and other shite that was stolen, but I do expect them to put some effort into finding the perpetrator(s).

Use good judgment, and if force is required, use enough to get the job done, but no more than that. Pinner her to the vehicle wouldn't have upset most people. There was backup at the scene so he could have secured her and had his backup place her in cuffs. He was sloppy and it turned into a full fledge assault as a result.
As a counterpoint, you should consider the policies of most PDs with respect to high-speed chases. Many PDs will not participate in the pursuit of a high-speed vehicle because of the safety hazard it represents. On a smaller scale that type of common sense should be used here.

You serious? Watch closely when they come to a stop. She is clearly throwing up her arms and copping an attitude. By no means does that justify the cops response but you've got to know your audience. Don't talk sh@t to a cop. Just doesn't end well. Don't be an idiot.
