Around $24, but we didn't get any of the gigantic pre-packaged boxes that cost $100.

I usually get about $200 worth of free fireworks. I save the loud stuff until all the children are sure to be sleeping.

She’s alert to it but not panicking.
I hate it, though

Used to spend about $100 and in-laws would bring over about the same amount. This year the in-laws are out of town, and the kids said "meh", so zero.

I don't have to, my neighbor spends a couple grand. Pull up a chair and watch. He's 7 figure money per year easy.

I think we spent about $40. Mostly just small stuff like sparklers and the like for my daughter. We have dogs who are very anti when it comes to fireworks. They freak out enough with all the other fireworks going off all round town as it is.
Now years ago when my son was young, we use to have huge fireworks shows here in my subdivision. There were four or five of us dads who would pool together, pitching in a couple hundred each and set up a massive show in the middle of cul-de-sac we all live around. Those were fun. At least until my drunk neighbor put the wrong mortar round into a tube that was too big. It only went up about 20 feet before it went off. My hearing was already bad before. But that sure didn’t help.

I'm part owner of a fireworks stand chain, thanks for burning all your hard earned dough and putting my kids through the Ivy League and buying my wife's double Ds (no pics).
FYI, we're doubling down for New Years and raising prices while blaming tariffs or some shite, I don't follow politics, so stock up now. You're welcome.

We bought some food and drinks at Uncle Sam Jam before the firework show, so if you count that, ~$35.
