Duh, you said cheap. Sorry. But can one buy cases at a volume discount?
Posted on 3/4/17 at 4:16 pm to Blackfield
Just go in and look around.

How about wine prices? And can you buy cases?
Costco is the largest distributor of wine on the planet. They have excellent prices, and really don't sell any bad bottles
And yes, you can buy by the case

I don't think you're cut from the proper cloth to become a Costco member.

Well this I gotta hear. Do tell

Gas savings more than pays for the membership.

Also...if you see something you like and are interested in...go ahead and buy it. I've passed on things before there and decided a few days later I actually wanted it. Went back to Costco...item gone. Some of their items are on a trial basis with Costco so have limited stock...once gone..they don't stock more.
They really will take anything back as well, so you can always return something if you have buyer's remorse once you get home or if you buy clothes and they don't fit(there are no fitting rooms in Costco).
My husband gets his contacts from Costco and says he saves a lot of money as well.

Just got a membership last week for $55. I bought a 50lb bag of jasmine rice from there for $20. For reference I normally spend $4 for a 2lb bag. That's $80 in savings right there. When I saw that bag I looked at my SO and said jackpot
. Paid for my membership and then some.

Sams is Walmart. Costco is Rouses!
Costco: cheap protein prices, Questbar knock offs for almost half the price a bar, great selection of meat and seafood, just about everything in an "organic" version, less than 20 bucks for 2 liter of tequila, they sell these frozen angus cheese burgers that are baller, 99 cent hot dog, killer pizza, limited selection on chips, any condiment in a life time portion for the prize of a normal bottle, nuts...all types of nuts for the low low, tires, tv's, baller vacuum, seasonal shite that I shouldn't buy but I might maybe if my wife is cool with It, free samples on every isle every mother fricking isle, bagels that are cheap and taste good, tuxedo cake that's also good, nice workers, and they even sell flowers.

The price of gas at Costco can be up to 10¢ cheaper than anywhere else Uptown
If you and your wife did nothing but get gas that would pay for the cost
For families you'll see big savings of paper towels, toilet paper, snacks for the kids, medicine, and toiletries
The meat is very nice quality and cheaper than any grocery store in the area
The the kirkland brand liquors are fantastic and incredibly cheap
Costco has a great wine selection that is also very cheap
They sell clothes at a really good price
If y'all are planning on buying a TV they run some pretty impressive sales
Honestly, the only downside is learning to exercise restraint. I can promise you 100% you will end up walking out of the store with stuff you didn't even know existed walking in.
This quote nailed it

Really not sure how anyone doesn't have a club membership. How has no one mentioned beer? A case of any domestic is 2 dollars cheaper than at Rouses. I'm a sams guy because it's in Jefferson Parish and I do my best to stay out of Orleans, but I will admit Costco is superior.
Diappers as well if you have any little ones, can't recall ever buying those anywhere else.

I have an infant at home and another on the way and we buy Kirkland brand diapers and wipes. They are awesome. Almost pays for the membership on it's own.
Friend of mine works there and says the Costco diapersare literally Pampers with a different design. He said the Kirkland brand is top notch, best of the best.

Yea that wall of items when you first walk in is nothing but trouble. A trashcan with an automatic lifting lid...don't mind if I do!
