So how have you all handled running into what looks like a carbon copy of a deceased person you used to know? Saw a spitting image of my former neighbor..it was really odd thinking..oh shite..she returned from the grave..lol

Theres a lady who lives in my community who is a spitting image of an aunt of mine that passed away. I just tell her hello in a really nice way every time I see her.

Had this happen a little while back. It was about a week and a half after my father-in-law died. I was in the ER if the hospital where I work, look up and see EMS bringing this guy in on a stretcher. About the same size and body shape, age, head/face shape, and a resemblance to my fil. It caught me off guard and shook me up a little when it happened. I never did tell my wife about it. It was just a bizarre feeling for a half second. Then it brought on a fresh wave of grief. I had to go back a couple times and pass by to see the guy again. I thought I must have been just imagining that someone looked like my fil. But the guy really did. Not so much that if he was walking by you you would think t was him, but laid out sick on a stretcher- definitely.

From your OP I thought you were a mortician with a killer 3D copier.

A few years after a buddy's suicide, he started checking in on facebook. His greiving father was still playing with the phone

I had not seen several first cousins in three+ decades. Two of the guys bore such a strong resemblance to my Father in his last two years that I could hardly bare to talk to either of them.
