Relocating places should have to do with more than political preferences. At the end of the day, it’s all about quality of life regardless if it’s a blue or red city.

Except quality of life is directly related to political preference. I basically conceded Illinois to the progressives. I want no part of what they’re trying to create.

Charleston County is conservative compared to Illinois. But Horry County voted for Wallace in 1968 and 70% for Trump last election. We sent Tom Rice's arse home last year. You'd be at home in Garden City and Murrells Inlet baw.

I know you are. This is a great video to show you what small town SC looks like. This is my hometown.

Conway is where Coastal Carolina is, correct? Close to Myrtle Beach. I remember the Coach Bennett “play like dogs” rant.

Conway is about 15 miles and 50 years from Myrtle Beach.

Ironically, the best part of Georgetown is the huge ugly International Paper mill.

Out-of-towners see that mill and want to just keep passing through Georgetown on the way to Pawleys or Myrtle, not even realizing what a gem of a town it actually is.

It’s like an industrial filter for yankees.

Weird because a Charleston brewery I was at yesterday had an actual sign with that.

Interesting take, but I think you’re missing the point.

Indulge me

Hey progressive, do your thing but promise me you’ll stay in your state and enjoy the outcomes of your votes.

What SC counties would you recommend to steer clear of where the voting demographics mirror that of Orleans Parish and East Baton Rouge Parish, in terms of getting a fair trial?

I’ve always wanted to make a trip to the SC coast.

Steer toward Mt Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, area.
