Video in link

quote:

A police officer begged a female security guard to put down her cell phone and help him subdue a robbery suspect in Houston.

Bystanders began filming the confrontation between the officer and 17-year-old Davon Shavelle Miller, who was pulled over and ran from the officer, a local news station reported.

"He's trying to kill me!" the suspect yelled, while the officer yelled that Miller was trying to grab his service weapon.

Good. Inaction is a good indication of their level of competence to do that job.

Thats why you never mount a suspect....you basically are stuck in that position.

At that point you can only hold on and wait for backup, pound him to sleep, or push away and get off of him.

And also will add....courts have ruled that someone attempting to disarm you is grounds to justify lethal force...so you can elbow and punch them to sleep.

Female security guards can’t subdue male suspects. Everyone knows that.

She's a count, if she can't do the job then she should be a security guard. It's actually a law in Texas you must help an officer if he/she requests it.

A cop in Shreveport did, after fighting with the guy for a few minutes while a casino security guard stood by and recorded it on his phone.

quote:

"Why aren't you helping me?" Anderson (the cop) can be heard asking at one point.

"They told me, when the police getting involved, I'm not supposed to do nothing," security guard Anthony Harris replied. Harris then turned off the video and called 911.

Good Samaritan Law. It’s what led to their show being cancelled. He only got out a few years ago and was forced to do an internet show since he was a felon.
