Second Shooting Along NOLA Parade Route

The locals are getting pissy.

For the second time on Mardi Gras in New Orleans, shots rang out near the city's main parade route.
A man shot near Second Street and St. Charles Avenue just after 4 p.m. was transported to a hospital, New Orleans police said. His condition was not disclosed.
Witnesses said they heard gunfire and police gathered near the intersection, closing off the block near the incident.
The locals are getting pissy.
