his former mistress Caterina Scotto, 26, (center) and estranged wife Samantha Telfair (right) testified against him

She admitted taking framed jerseys from the former Portland Trailblazer's storage unit and when asked by defense lawyer Richard Southard if she had sold any, she snapped back that they wouldn't be worth anything. However Scotto - who explained she had an on/off relationship with married Telfair - allowed the storage unit to auction off the memorabilia items left inside. Scotto claimed she had seen Telfair with a gun multiple times reportedly told the court that her former love interest referred to guns as 'biscuits'. Her witness statement supports the prosecution who say they discovered a gas-operated submachine gun in Telfair's possession. As she departed court she told DailyMail.com: 'Sebastian’s new girlfriend… I think he’s got many of them. She’s very ugly.' Scotto then alleged: 'She does sexual favors for free music videos.'

None at all. He broke the laws as they are currently written. I look at this as the same as someone drunk, driving down the road with guns on them.

It’s a more mature way of saying a scary gun that frightens me. That’s all the media was trying to do with that

But but but we need tougher gun laws.

the "tougher" gun laws in NY helped the Giuliani Mayorship clean up the streets of NYC drastically changing its fate.

Brooklyn was once the "Chicago" of its time. Giuliani pushed for legislation and police action that took criminal elements off the street. Brooklyn is enjoying a gentrified economic rebirth as a result of those tough laws

That qwar in Chicago that faked his assault committed a far more egregious offense than this imho. Three years for just possession of firearms is excessive. It’s funny how the far left is only harsh on the crimes they dislike.

I’m taking a guess that the writer doesn’t know shite about guns.

They probably mean “gas operated reloading”, which means that some of the gas creates by firing is used to eject the old cartridge and load the new one.

The term itself is probably being used to try and claim he had a machine gun, except the weapons covered by it include the M1 Garand carbine rifle, which was the WWII service rifle.

The fact that there is a 3 year minimum sentence for simply possessing an item in one state that was legally purchased in another is itself criminal. This is yet another example of the massive need for immediate and wide spread criminal sentencing reform. Got to feel bad for the dude, even despite his stupidity. This should never even be a possibility much less the minimum sentence.

That's fair.

I meant the anti pot people who might change their pro gun tune because of the pot.
