Fact. PCB is on it's way to being really nice. I think Panama City proper will pick up here in a few years. I'm thinking about buying some crack houses over there now to rent out for a few years.

Brings back great memories! My first trip away from home without parents was South Padre for spring break when I was a jr. in HS. A bunch of HS kids crammed into a couple of rooms at the Miramar Motel, partying at the beach all day, and then heading across the border into Mexico at night.

Somewhat but the colleges have made it where you have to sign a waiver to hold hands with a girl or it's considered date rape but the left doesn't say shite about spring break.
