He's creepy he was lurking / wandering outside the Hale boggs bldg to the square and back for 2 hours on friday

He would walk about 20 and stop look around stare at people and then do it again.

Pretty similar routine they do, but somehow Kaare is more entertaining. There's a certain poorly-managed bitterness there that really cracks me up sometimes, in a "laughing at" not "laughing with" way.

Reminds me of a BIL that will have sat in his lawn chair under a pop up in his back yard and have 9 tall ones downed before noon. Easily will suck down 20-24 by the end of the day. He will sit there, empty a can, reach over to the ice chest, grab and pop another. He does do something constructive. He will build a little tree of cans next to his chair.
This is every Sat, Sun, or day off. He does nothing else if not actually at his job. Works 4-11am, then beers flow.
