She could but won’t. Hell the only woman I have seen go to prison was Alexandra Vera who fricked a 13 yr old for 9 months. She was introduced to his family as his gf and they accepted her. Even his family asked the judge not to sentence her as they felt they were in love. She got 10 years.
Stephanie will get probation more than likely. Will be interesting to see how well her father can spin or which lawyer spins saying the boy initiated it. A lot depends if boy wants to testify too.

Mary Kay Letourneau did. 3 months the first time, violated her parole by seeing the boy after she got out, judge gave her 7 years. She served 6 years of those 7.

More than likely she won’t go to trial. Probably get a plea deal and get put on probation and sex offender registration. Lose her teaching license. She will be fine tho. She is attractive and can get a movie deal or something.
Look at Shelley Dufresne. She fricked a student many times in her house and had a 3some with Rachel Respess and she never served a prison sentence nor had to register. She even admitted in court she fricked him in her house.
I’m sure her father has good connections with judges so that could help her with her not having to serve jail time.

There are less famous cases where the offender serves a lot more time.
There was a case here where a female teacher had a relationship with a female student who was 14 at the time, and the teacher got the maximum -- 30 years.

The system is already jacked up. Her father is a lawyer so he may have connections. The boy may not want to testify. The parents may not want to further damage her life and may just want her to get her help mentally thru rehab. Will have to see what they charge her with officially. She was only arrested under 2 counts of lewd behavior any 1 count of transmission of harmful materials to a minor. I have no idea if those are misdemeanors or felonies.
