On the grounds that camera tickets are a civil (not criminal) issue, and you can’t have your license suspended for a civil violation. If there’s not an officer there in person then the ticket extends no further than your pocketbook.

Seriously though, go to court and pay fine. Lesson learned. As long as you don't have more than 2 infractions in Louisiana in the last 2 years, no suspension.
We as the OT are seriously disappointed a medical professional would have this type of disdain for life. Bullsh*t to say you were tired, plant baws do it all day everyday.

It isn’t disdain. I was driving 10 mph, and I was in the middle left lane of a 4 lane with traffic moving on the left side. Bus was dropping off kids on the right.
The bus didn’t have stop signs on the left hand side, I was about 20 feet behind when it’s red lights came on, tapped my brake, and saw the left lane was still moving and continued on. Afterwards I realized my mistake. Either way not doing it again. Not proud of doing something stupid.

My wife got one but it wasn't passing on left, it was traveling in opposite direction on 4 lane hwy without a median...her ticket wasn't bad and no suspended license
