Nah, there's a pretty decent natural levee that would prevent that for MOST "everything in Baton Rouge."

A portion would be underwater, sure, but far from "everything."

Yea the pics look worse because of the angle. There's still a good amount of room before it gets near the top

Although some docks would be ruined on the way
