This name distracts me from the story. But it weirdly fits with the anal part

I cannot imagine having cops cuff me then go snooping around in my underwear. I support cops but this one appears to be out of bounds. There are, however, edits to the tape and the reporting does seem biased.

We know criminals will go to any extreme to get away with a crime. This cop lost his perspective, if the guy really did have dope in his butthole it could not have been a crime worth all the resources the cop applied in attempting to solve it.

This one reeks of harassment. On the bright side, no guns or tasers were used on these folks.

A dog is a resource. A finger up the butthole is probably more like a perk.

Cops should be charged with sexual assault.

I've said before that cops have the toughest job in America. I've got a lot of respect for them. That's why when shite like this happens, cops ought to bring the hammer down on idiots like this instead of "Paid Administrative Leave ".

Why can't I be so lucky? I'd loved to have shite on the officers hands in this scenario when completely innocent and butt searched for no reason......

The cop's behavior in this instance is beyond appalling. I'm very critical of cops here because I've seen firsthand unchecked authority. I'm not a cop hater. They have to be mmayo do the right thing. They've repeatedly shown that they aren't capable of policing themselves.

OP....

Your post is very slanted. You only have one side of the situation. The side of the complantant. The article even states ? "According to a federal lawsuit filed by attorney Robert Phillips". Also, the article is written by someone who admits they have an agenda, which is police abuse.

Let's go over your first couple of points.

quote:
In the video, Medlin asks Hicks to get out, then tells her that he stopped her because of the “paper tag” on her car. This already is a problem. There’s no law against temporary tags in South Carolina, so long as they haven’t expired.

Pulled over for a bogus reason. check.

-----How do we know it wasn't expired or properly displayed? Or they just assist some UC operation moments earlier witch was the PC. Just because a ticket was not written does not mean they was no PC to make the stop.

quote:
Medlin tells Hicks that her license and tags check out.

Stop should have been over here.

----Not necessarily. How do we know the officer didn't see something in plain view? Or smell something. Law only requires two components to investigate further. They say one for the audio which was history. Their location could be a 2nd component. Smell, clothing, behavior, and there are more. I'm just saying the officer could easily articulate why they needed to investigate further.

You need to understand what you are talking about before you start jumping on the nutsack of some biased propaganda.

This should be ban worthy. You're damn right they deserve a parade if they've sacrificed their lives in order to protect and serve. I honestly could care less about all the down votes you bitches will give just because you think you're hardcore and above the law.

Amazing story because it happened in the same BFE South Carolina town as someone on the music board ran into the Def Leppard guitar player at the grocery store. Big week for Aiken.

There are hundreds of tougher jobs than being a cop. You're naive if you think otherwise

If you asked the plaintiff, this entire ordeal has been a pain in the arse.
