I dont really have a problem with the time of year, it's not like its winter.
It's week or two from Easter, plus it's mid/end of march.

Well I recently went to a redneck funeral where I was in the minority to wear a suit at all. Most were in jean shorts and t-shirts (this was a DISTANT estranged relative 
). So at least he dressed up I guess 
Spinoff: I know some people are legit poor and can't afford a suit, but damn, it's just hard to believe that a non-homeless man in his 40s-50s hasn't acquired ANY clothing nicer than jorts and t-shirts.

In-Law of mine wore a collarless white pullover shirt (not a T-shirt but one step up) and white jeans to my mother in law's funeral. He is literally my cousin eddie - hooked on back pills and suing his former employer for disability.
