If asked about taking shortcuts to get a job quicker, always state you wouldn't do it. State that you follow procedures.
By the way, I think behavior based interviews are fricking retarded. It's always about who can sell their story the best and be the best salesman.
Almost seems like companies extend their job offers based on interviews, instead of good references, job stability, and the other (more important) intangibles.

They're gonna ask typical "Whatvwould you do in this situation?" Type questions. They dislike when people answer right off the bat. They like to see you think it out. Also might ask you what you know about different units. Like what a distillation column does, or how a heat exchanger works. Best of luck to you.
