Agree. That kind of prison experience should be reserved for our most monstrous of convicts.
Hard to see any convict coming out of that as anything other than an even greater threat to society than before.

They were having orgies... Every single one of them (the FTX/Alameda characters) look like they have skid marks in their underwear at all times, and those repulsive motherfrickers were having orgies. I read Michael Lewis's book on him. He was/is a strange dude.
When things were closing in on him, his parents bought him a trained guard dog (German Shepard) where he and the dog stayed in his room at his parents house before the FBI arrested him (just to give everyone some perspective on the fact his parents were weird and is why the is the way he is).
He had 0 emotional connection to her. He dated her out of pure convenience. She was there, she didn't require him to do the things that are expected in a relationship. She was there whenever he took a break from being fixated on what he was doing and wanted something to nail.

What kind of prison do you think this guy is going to? This is a non violent man that committed financial fraud.
Right now is the worst time of his whole sentence.
Once he's processed he'll be sent to a minimum security prison camp. That means no walls, no gun towers, very little direct supervision and years and years of mind numbing boredom. He can watch TV in his room or read or play cards. As long as he doesn't do anything stupid like try to escape, that's where he'll stay. If he walks off and they catch him, then it's up to medium or max.

He hasn't been sentenced yet. He'll end up in some low security federal prison once he is.
