It has to be moving alot of water. Certainly don't need to sleep on surge impacts.

Oh. I see.

Next time, if it’s not too much trouble, you might try a line that’s even remotely humorous for the rest of us.

It's the OT I thought

These threads are alot more serious when La or TX are in play. If you have something constructive to say about the storm then post it. Let’s stop all the dumb BS. This is serious for some people

Looking at a AL/FL line landfall now. At this rate of eastward trend, maybe Alabama’s stretch of NK direct hurricane landfalls will continue.

They should be fine. That area is higher than closer to the harbor.

The wind has been blowing water into the bay all day and won’t stop until Sally is north of Destin. I would be more concerned if I lived in north of the bay as the rain water won’t have anywhere to drain until the wind changes direction and the ride starts followingbacknour to the gulf.

It is, but that particular phrase is not allowed. Not sure how the auto-correct didn't catch it.

I'm sure you've had a shite day, and I hate that you've had to deal with it. But, if you need to make fun of someone, then just use Peej...it's what the rest of us do. And we'll allow you to call him ALMOST anything you want.

No doubt. The panhandle is in for a ride with that.

Recon pressures suggestive of 971-970 even. Waiting for the drop. They also put some effort into getting an exact fix in the eye. 87.85 W 29.7 N. So slightly SW of the 10 pm position.

The Laura thread looked just like this FWIW.

I've said it a bunch - anyone with a serious question gets it answered, despite all the extracurriculars.
