Sadistic Pediatric Dentist in Florida

Long story short...
Pediatric dentist received millions in Medicaid payments for performing unnecessary procedures on children. Kids were having several teeth pulled for no reason other than the sick prick getting paid per tooth pulled. Apparently, he didn't allow parents to be present during the procedures because he had a chair with seatbelts to strap kids down. Kids were coming out with bruises all over them from him abusing them.
Thank god I don't live near there...

How this guy has gotten away with this for this long, and not had his arse beaten to death, I'll never know. fricking Florida, I guess.

My wife's childhood dentist still creates an anxious, almost visceral fearful reaction when she goes to our dentist now, poor thing.
She was strapped in and hit/beaten right here in the Baton Rouge area. If I ever saw or witnessed or even heard of such a thing being done to my niece or nephew? Hold onto your dentures, Doc it's time for a root canal...

I brought this up a week or so ago. The wife just came out recently and said something. People are holding fricking vigils.

I live here, been a big story. Basically he's one of the only dentists accepting Medicaid (draw a conclusion). Also he didn't allow parents back in the operating room. So he performed unnecessary expensive surgeries, while taking advantage of medicaid parents who wouldn't accompany their young children during visits. Perfect storm of money hungry dentist and disengaged parents... And the kids suffer. Awful.

There was a kid dentist on the Northshore that got busted for this about 15 years back.
