Lesli Wood , piano teacher was killed in a car accident. The principal told the kids this morning. A very sad occasion, and I know a lot of people here probably know her from school and from piano lessons and around town which is why I’m posting this.

Apparently there was a wreck on I-55 near Wesson, Mississippi and she stopped on the side of the road to help and an 18 wheeler slammed into her and others.

RIP Lesli.

Different wreck. There was one on I-55 in Mississippi with an overturned 18-wheeler that stopped traffic for 3 hours on Friday night.

Very sorry to hear this. I was coming south on i55 yesterday and we were routed off the interstate and onto south hwy 51 and I wondered what had happened. Knew it had to be bad to shut down the interstate. So very sorry for her and her family.

My husband taught at BRMH and we knew Lesli very well. This is just shocking and unbelievably sad. She was one of the nicest, kindest people ever and I can see her stopping to help someone. I’m still in shock.

It really is. With as many distracted drivers we have now you have to watch your back.
