The show won't be the same without Pat. He has a certain awkward creepiness that is irreplaceable. The ned of the show always felt like Vanna waiting until the cameras turn off to turn a say "How many times do I have to tell you to keep your f'in hands off of me!".

she is too old
also talking isnt vanna's thing, if she had to host the show there is no way to assume she would be any good at it. the few times pat didnt do the show, they could have let her do it but they didnt, im assuming its for good reasons
