No one is going to claim that RBG is moderate. She's actually, statistically by rulings, one of the most liberal judge the court has ever seen.

Amy Comey Barrett will be on the bench within the year. Either as RBG’s replacement or for the 
of the SCOTUS, Justice Thomas. I will LMFAO if RGB leaves the bench in early 2020 and Trump gets another ultra-right wing justice. Adding 4 conservative justices for the next 30 years is worth a 2020 blue wave. My only fear is Roberts drifting left like Kennedy did and Alito meeting an early demise.
